Crystal Temple: Render Experimention & Refinement

Session Notes Returning back to the crystal temple scene I originally created in Maya 2015, I attempted to create more aesthetic objects such as banners, crystal stands and other objects in order to apply depth and story to the scene. Moreover, enough I decided to import my crystal angel into the temple after my discussion with Issiah Ferguson did make me consider to create more scenes with depth such as how I created medieval study for the ruby sword to be placed in. Final Show Content:Emerald Phoenix & New Crystal Angel

Session Notes For the final show besides the animated holographic form of the indigo angel I wish to present another concept of aan phoenix possibly consisting of multiple renders showing the creature off. Dragon and crystal shards used as reference in order to structure phoenix anatomy especially in areas such as the wing bone structure and legs. Moreover studying dragon and wyvern anatomy such as the design of Smaug along with photographs of a flcpn in sky flight in order to compose the crystal phoenix in the sky. Dream Temple Scene Expansion

Session Notes After reviewing the dream temple I presented in the interim exhibition. I have decided the scale of the environment needs a larger expansion particular in enlarging most of the temple structures in order to invoke a sense of majesty and character. (figure a) Figure A Moreover, in the following week since the scene expansion, I refereed back to my main inspiration of ancient Egypt and the "Emerald City" in the Wizard of Oz as guides of how to compose the pillars and other temple objects of my scene as well as applying natural rocks and other terrain objects.
